Initially hired to improve commercial software development frameworks, I quickly gained prominence as the company's Principal Architect and high-risk project troubleshooter. I became the technical face of the company, entrusted to guarantee success in our most complex client engagements and strategic sales pursuits.

I was building the Data & AI Engineering Department from the ground up, transforming a strategic goal into a profitable, high-growth business unit. I architected the department's structure, defined its go-to-market strategy, and cultivated a world-class team, all while working daily with the executive committee and engineering teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Department Creation & Scaling: Architected and built the Data & AI division from zero to a team of 25 experts supporting the production global teams. Established specialized Centers of Excellence for Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Gen AI.
  • Operational & Financial Governance: Designed and implemented SOPs for cloud cost analysis and budget lifecycle management. Deployed an automated system for monitoring and controlling cloud expenditure, directly protecting project profitability.

  • Client-Facing Technical Leadership: Acted as the primary technical liaison for the company's most significant clients. I owned the technical relationship, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

  • Commercial Product Evolution: Assumed full technical responsibility for new, strategically important releases of commercial software products for companies valued at over $100M.

I founded, led, and scaled Jaune Sistemas for 22 years, transforming it into a successful software consultancy with over 50 developers under my management. This was the ultimate test of my dual-capability leadership. While directing the company's strategy and leading client acquisition, I never stepped away from the technology. I remained the ultimate technical authority, personally leading the full spectrum of technical work—from low-level coding and solution architecture to project management and the hands-on technical direction of my development teams.

This entrepreneurial journey was my training ground for understanding how technology must drive tangible business results. I not only delivered complex solutions for major clients but also conceived and built a proprietary CRM product, creating a significant new revenue stream for the company.

Poliedro Ingenieros was created with the aim of giving continuity to the projects that I live for the Barcelona City Council and other clients after the closure of the INTECSA Internacional software development department after its sale as a civil engineering company.

In this company I was hired as director, leading and continuing with the work and projects that we carry out from there.

Captured by SOFTWARE-IBÉRICA 92 to join its staff, I spent the month of January hired by INDUSTRIAS PROTECNO S.A. in an external collaboration regime to finalize the systems that had been started there.

Both Organic and Functional analysis tasks of projects of own and third-party responsibility in work both alone and in a team with the rest of the analysts of the development department and with the director of the same.
